Please note that after numerous requests and notifications from parents about being away this week, we have decided to cancel youth flag on Saturday, 9 March 2019. Given that schools are out, we understand that a number of people may be away.

Registration for 2 February 2019 has been cancelled
In order to help with a field request from Camana Bay, we have decided to cancel tomorrows registration. Parents can complete the registration process next Saturday, February 9th, when the kids come out for their first evaluation day. An email with more information will follow later in the week.
Please continue to ensure you are signed up through our registration page. Next Saturday we will also have sample sizes of the shirts, if you would like to confirm the size you have selected.

The registration for the 2018 Security Centre Youth League has now opened. Games will take place as normal at the Camana Bay field on Saturdays. Age allowed are 7 to 19 years old, and the costs to register is CI$25. This costs includes you child's registration fee, and will ensure that you child is provided with a team shirt. Please ensure that the correct size is requested, as shirt orders are completed to what is filed out.

Registration continues tomorrow Saturday, 28 January from 9.30am to 12pm at the Camana Bay field. If you have completed the online registration, signed the waiver and paid, there is no need to come by. However if you haven't completed the online registration, submitted your waiver and fees (CI$25 per child), please come by anytime between 9.30am and 12pm.

Senior Division Age increased to 19!!!

The CIFFA Youth Board have decided to amend the age limit for the Senior Division to 19 years old (as of 17 January 2017). Please spread the word.
Also, just a friendly reminder about registration. We have nearly 100 kids already registered for this weekend so if you haven’t gone online yet to register you might want to do so before we are full.
There are two parts to the registration. Go to our Players & Parents page. Step 1 must be completed online. Note, if you are having trouble accessing this form it is probably blocked by your place of employment. I suggest you use your smart phone to complete as it is very user friendly. Then print and complete the form in Step 2 and take to the Camana Bay playing field this Saturday (21 Jan) at 9.30am. Registration is open until 1pm.
Please note, Saturday 21 January 2017 will also be a fun day/skill assessment and kids should come ready to play.

The Security Centre Limited Youth Flag Football season is scheduled to start on Saturday, 21 January 2017 and should run until 18 March 2017.
To register please visit the Players & Parents section and complete step 1 (must be completed online) and step 2 (form must be printed, signed and brought to field on 21 January). If for any reason the forms are blocked by your office you can register using your mobile device. The site and forms are user friendly on your mobile device.
Also, if you are able to assist with the league please visit our Volunteers page and sign up. Your assistance is much appreciated.

Hi Parents!
We've had an amazing youth league but unfortunately we were faced with some challenges securing a date for the awards ceremony. However, we were determined to make this happen. Well the date has come.....
Please join us this Saturday, 1 October 2016 at the Field of Dreams from 2pm - 5pm.
Every child will receive a medal in addition to 4 awards being given away to each team! There will also be frequent giveaways and fun competitions for everyone. The kids worked hard this past season and deserve to be treated for it!

We have today received notice from the Turtle Farm of some unforeseen repairs that need to be done today in the area where the awards ceremony was to take place. Unfortunately they have advised that we are not able to have our event today.
The awards party will have to be rescheduled until next week, June 4th at 1pm at the Turtle Farm.
Please spread the word. We look forward to see you and your kids there to accept their awards!

MEMORIAL IN MEMORY OF JAMAL YOUNG
Please note that the decision has been made to cancel the games this weekend (12 March 2016), in memory of Jamal Young. Jamal played a major role in the association’s youth league in many different roles from coaching, to refereeing to just being your kid’s biggest supporter. There is a memorial being held in his memory this Saturday at the Cayman Islands Baptist Church at 4pm. We are inviting all kids, who was ever been coached by Jamal or remember him in any way, to come out and wear your football jersey. The league is organized by the Cayman Islands Flag Football Association ("CIFFA"), a non profit organization, which is dedicated to expanding the sport of flag football in the Cayman Islands. The Security Centre Limited together with CIFFA and numerous team sponsors have created a league that allows both boys and girls from ages 7 through 17 to get active in a fun and safe atmosphere. The league runs from January to March every year. The league is also organizing trips for the young athletes of Cayman to compete overseas.
